Has to be done in a normal scientific citation format. BIbtex? Zotero?

Maybe we need a table that can be filtered and/or sorted:

[organization]
Authors
Title
Publication year
[journal]
[url]
[local copy]

Maybe it can be even combined with EUR-Lex sources (specifics there: consolidated versions, update to the last version)
