  10. EPA Eicosapentaenoic Acid: An essential omega-3 fatty acid found in cold-water fatty fish and many algae. It supports heart health, reduces inflammation, and benefits brain function. May be physiologically converted to DHA.
  11. DHA Docosahexaenoic acid: an essential omega-3 fatty acid found in cold-water fatty fish and some algae. It is a primary structural component of the human brain, cerebral cortex, skin, and retina.
  12. PFAS Per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances are a group of synthetic organofluorine chemical compounds that have multiple fluorine atoms attached to an alkyl chain. The high chemical and thermal stability of PFAS leads to these compounds having long environmental lifetimes, hence the common nickname “forever chemicals”.
